A Good News Story

Don't you guys sometimes feel that there is just too much bad news around today? I certainly do and I don't have to spend my days reading and writing stories like you guys do! How you all manage to stay sane is a miracle!

Anyway, the solution is here, well sort of anyway!

This week we're going to do a bit of an experiment. We're going to be doing some voice blogging. What I'd like you guys to do is to leave a voice message for me and your colleagues using this clever little tool you see below here.

  1. First click on where it says "Listen to my Greeting." You'll hear me explain the task for this week. You might want to listen a couple of times to hear the task well, before you record your answer.
  2. Click on the little button that says "Record with a mic," it looks like a microphone.
  3. Record your message. You can talk for up to two minutes!
  4. Go to "Listen to my Messages," listen to the messages everyone else has added. if you would like to, record a comment or a question for your colleagues.
  5. Enjoy communicating outside the classroom!

A Person We All Admire

Following on from our lesson looking at people we admire and our famous Trentino, Giorgio Graffer, I'd like to invite all of us to post a short comment about someone that you really admire. It could be anyone; your faily, a historical figure, an ex-school mate or someone famous. Just let us know a bit about them and why it is you like them.

I'm looking forward to reading your ideas!

Seth.
